Occupation: Shang. Is a companion-ish thing for Thayet. Also helps with training the Riders.
Looks: Shella is medium height and skinny around the waist but very muscluar. Has straight orange hair that turns to black at the tips and naturally looks this way.The hair goes just about an inch or two past her shoulder, has had it cut. Has beautiful bluey-green cat-like eyes. Generally wears white, orange or black. Is very pretty although a bit odd looking. Is now beginning to wear some makeup basically a little black eyeliner or such, some basic and natural looking makeuo to accent her eyes.
Attitude/Personality: Is lots of fun. Is always joking. Can often be found haveing friendly jousts with people. Is not a drunk by any means as she thinks its stupid to become intoncicated but occasionally likes a couple of ales. Is into comittment knows that other people aren't but doesn't bother her. Lets people make there own desicions unless they are someone she cares about and drunk and the desicion would hurt them physically or mentally. Will do pretty much anything as long as she's enjoying herself. Is no push-over. Does what she wants and if you are trying to do something to/with her she doesn't like it would help you to remember she -is- a shang unless you -want- a broken bone. Is very very loyal to friends. Can be serious and reserved before she knows someone. Very rarely crys. Teases those close to her. The two people she loves most in the world are her brother and Drake. Is somewhat insecure when it come to relationships. Has problem letting go of the past. Often can be found comparing this to the past, tries not to but does. Is somewhat hinderd by past relationships.
Likes: Friends, the occasional ale, large cat esspecially Tigers, fighting, other shang, her brother, Drake, having fun, feeling loved and suprisingly flowers.
Dislikes: Being bored, stuffy people, people who don't take a joke, arrogant people, people who try to make her do things she doesn't want to, people who never think anything is perfect enough for them, letting her emotions get the best of her, people who use magic to fight.
Fears: Losing her brother, Losing Drake or screwing up her relationship with him, fire (so much that she aviods siting any where near a fire), Death

Fighting Skills: Is truly astounding in hand to hand her preferred wheapon. Very good on the sword, and staff. Alright with daggers though its not her forte. Is horrible with long bows.
Animals/Pets: A Tiger Cub, Named Shanggy. A gift from her brother for coming to tortall and becoming a shang.
History: Never knew her father seeing as he died three monthes before the day of her birth. She barely remembers her mother other than the fact that she loved her and her mother was a fighter and taught Shella her love for fighting. Her mother and her older sister (who Shella never practicuarly liked) both died within a moth of each other to the plague when Shella had just turn 4. She was raised the rest of her life by her older brother who was 12 at the time of the deaths. She loves her brother incredibly and most likely would have been dead on more than one occasion if it weren't for him. One time a fire hand started in their home (the reson she fears fire), her brother managed to rescue her from the fire but she recieved many burns almost all of them healed except for a large burn on her upper right thigh. At the time she turned 6 a shang came to town. Her brother knowing her love and skills in fighting he brought her before the Shang Zebra. The Shang excepted her and brought her to Shang. She wrote her brother regualarly and she learned that he had moved to tortall. Because of his strong wildmagic and love for animals he became the head zookeeper at Royal Zoo. During her time from 6-21 she had two major relationships, both fairly disatourous. The first one was with a man name Oiu. He told her he loved her many times and originally guilted her into the relationship (something she won't admitt). After awhile she thought she loved him. She slept with him a few times. She found out she was pregnant. She was very happy because she had just past the ordeal and thought it would be wonderful to have a family even though the timing was not intentional. Oiu was fruious and she couldn't figure out what it was. Even though it broke her heart, she agreed to get an abortion. He id not want that either because he didn't want anyone even a healer to know she was pregant (she found out afterwards that this was because he was -married-!). She didn't know what to do. After thinking for a moment he said that he knew a healer that wouldnt sprend the news around and that he'd call the healer the next day. The next day she came to she him and he told her to sit done and have something to drink whil she waited for the healer to come. He bad put some magiced drug into the wine to knock her out. When she was under this spell he tried to abort the child himself. He spell was not strong enough. She woke but it was to late, Oiu had almost finished the opperation, he had totatlly botched it he had killed the unborn child but he ruin things so much that she can no longer have children. When he saw she was awake, he grabed a paperweight and whacked her head with it kncking he out. He carried her out side and onto his horse.. He rode to the outskirts of the town and left her in a gutter. When she woke she has lying in a gutter in a pool of her own blood. Was almost dead. She prayed to The Goddess and the first Tigers to live. She barely lived but she did. Her second relationship was not nearly as bad but it wasn't good either. She met Trev and developed a relationship with him. When it began to get 'romantic' he told he that he thought that kissing and sex and everything should be saved for marrigae. Awhile later she walked in on him 'with' another male friend. When he noticed her he told her he was gay and he ran away with the other male friend. She wondered if she was cursed. After passing the Shang ordeal and saving out money she just moved to tortall is living with her brother in a nice house close to the palace. Her brother gave her her tiger cub.

Updates: 5/1 Met Old Friend Ali. Was Very Happy to see her again. Briefly met Zel. Learned that egar's last name was Ploy and that he was the Shang Jaguar.
6/1 Witnessed a 'fight' between Kaj and her fiance. Was distrut felt like breaking the mans neck. Egar came over and tried to tell her there was nothing she could do that Kaj was that mans property. Couldn't understand how someone could just sit down and let something like that happen. Was very mad and made the mistake of insult Egar -just- out of anger and frustration. Tried to help Kaj but couldn't. Went and apoligized to him but he just got up and left saying she couldn't be a good shang if she can't master her emotions. Was extremly hurt by that but didn't really let on...Was especially hurt because she thought he was nice. Thinks he's still mad at her and she can't figure out why and it bothers her -alot-. Thinks he's very inyelligent but also thinks that he looks down on her..not a good feeling.
25/1 Lots has happened met drake has broken his nose 3 times etc. is actually getting along fairly well with him today.
30/1 Haseth kissed Drake... but feel she has to leave that she'll screw things up again and go crazy
